A cask edition of sherry-matured Old Perth blended malt, reinforcing the earthy and spicy notes in a healthy 58.6% ABV distillate!

As with all Old Perth whiskeys, it is bottled without chill filtration or colouring.

Nose: Caramel, cherry jam and bunches of nuts.

Mouth: earthy root ginger spice, cinnamon stick and toasted barley.

Finish: Brandy-soaked raisins and burnt brown sugar on the finish.
