This blended malt combines whiskeys that have been matured in sherry casks for 12 years.

Uncold-filtered and bottled without added colour, it is a fantastic demonstration of Old Perth’s blending prowess.

tasting note
Nose: chocolate with fruit and nuts, rich malt, warm baking spices.

Mouth: sultanas and raisins, dates and puffs of dark jam berries, cookies with honey, spicy oak and cinnamon.

Finish: Dried fruit and alcoholic notes continue along with milk chocolate and spicy whiffs of ginger, nutmeg and anise.
