Distilled from 100% premium indica rice, Kujira Ryukyu whiskey is aged in select sherry, bourbon and virgin white oak barrels for more than 30 years on Okinawa, a beautiful tropical island in southern Japan with a warm and humid climate throughout the year. anus.
This unique expression provides full body and a smooth experience, with notes of ripe red fruit coming to the fore, while the woody tannins that have matured over the years add the puckered acidity of Chinese herbs.
A hint of nectar and woody character lingers long after on your palate. Decades of maturation give off deep woody aromas from toasted oak barrels, leaving a pleasantly strong flavor and long-lasting sweetness.
