Sangre de Vida Blanco tequila is made by slowly roasting pineapple agave hearts in stone-walled brick ovens.

This centuries-old art of slow cooking is followed by cooling, crushing and finally squeezing the hearts into a must (sweet juice).

Which is then fermented for five days, then slowly distilled three times (with its final distillation completed ).

We re-distill it in small stills with even more heat, to eliminate its impurities and get the best flavor from the agave.
