Distillation takes place at the historic Antica Distilleria Quaglia, founded in 1890. Each botanical is macerated individually for seven days and distilled separately, combining traditional copper stills with vacuum distillation technology that preserves the most delicate aromas. The result, diluted with pure water to 43% ABV and free of additives or artificial flavours, is a gin with a fresh, floral and deeply Mediterranean profile.
On the nose and palate it opens with notes of fresh lemon and crisp juniper, giving way to a universe of coastal aromas: the perfume of rosemary and lavender, the softness of marjoram and sage that evoke traditional Ligurian cuisine, and an elegant floral finish.
